What to include
A reply is faster when we can find your order. For anything about an order, include the order number (it starts with PD-) and the email you ordered with. For a batch, COA, or testing question, include the batch number printed on your vial label - it maps straight to that batch's public record. Wholesale and private-label enquiries move quickest with the compound, the mg per vial, and rough quantities. We reply from an @pepdor.com address, usually within a business day, so check spam if nothing lands. We will never ask for payment details, seed phrases, or private keys by email - anyone who does is not us.
